We begin with a gentle stretch then you're free to hit the floor, express yourself with big shapes, small moves and anything in between. It's cardio, strength, coordination, flexibility, neuroplasticity and fun all rolled into 50 minutes with a guided pilates warm down at the end, you’ll leave feeling just like a Loose Goose.

Bring water

Wear clothes you are comfortable and happy to groove in.

Some people prefer to wear shoes and others go barefoot - it's up to you. The floor is wooden, so if barefoot is not your norm, we'd recommend trainers with flexible soles.

Take it easy if you need to.

If you need to pace yourself, we are putting complete trust in you that you will slow down and change your moves or take a rest if you need at any stage during the session.

Music

We play a broad range of beats and tunes. Some will be familiar and some will be new. You are encouraged to respond to the music however you like.
