GROUP CLASSES

I teach a regular online group class and in person classes around West Oxfordshire, specialising in Women’s Health and Feet, Joints and Balance.

  • Align and Move Online

    Align and Move ONLINE

    Start your week with some juicy movement! This class is a whole body flow with emphasis on alignment, balance, flexibility, mobilisation. It’s a chance to check in and tune up so you can move into your week feeling good in your body.

    Class membership includes access to the Membership Hub including all recordings and Bodyspace Movement Library.

    Mondays 9am online.

  • Align and Move: Women's Health

    Align and Move: Women's Health

    Get to know the body you live in. A class dedicated to whole body movement, pelvic health, abdominal health and the wider context of women’s health. Increase body knowledge and movement skills for self care.

    Class membership includes access to the Align and Move Online class, Membership Hub including all recordings and Bodyspace Movement Library.

    Tuesdays 10.00am St Andrew’s Church, Oxford

    Wednesdays 9.30am Turley Farm Barn

  • Feet, Legs, Hips and Balance

    Feet, Legs, Hips and Balance

    Learn to move in ways that support joint and bone health and improve balance, proprioception, walking and more. This class includes chair and wall work for a dynamic and practical approach to self care.

    Class membership includes dedicated library of tutorials, resources and recommendations, plus all weekly live session recordings.

    Flexible membership, cancel anytime.

    Thursdays 9am Online.
